RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Blush! We take your satisfaction seriously around here and we want you to be happy with your order! With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied, let us help you find something you love instead. We are happy to offer store credit or an exchange! There are no returns on custom items unless they weren’t manufactured to original order specifications. Blush-Artistry is not responsible for damages incurred in the shipping or receiving of any
website/online order(s).

In-Store Purchases Return
All regular priced items will be returnable up to 7 days from the date of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds. Methods of Return will include In-Store Credit or Exchange. There will be no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

All Sale, Clearance Items and grab bags are Final Sale. No exceptions will be made.

All returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered..

Online Return Purchases
At this time, online returns will receive in store credit and will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. We do NOT offer refunds. There will be no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of the order date of your online order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.

All items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
**All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged Items
If your item is damaged please email info@blush-artistry.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, a description of the flaw, and photo(s) attached to the email.

If we can not replace the item for you a credit will be issued.
