Hi friends! I’m Jaymie! I’ve been a hairstylist for 12 years. One of my favourite things about my career is the “girl time”. Of course it’s a creative art, and I love making people feel beautiful. But to me there is nothing better than that nostalgic feeling of getting ready with your girls. The feeling of simply feeling yourself, feeling your best. That is what I happens when you sit down with me.
I specialize in colour, but most recently I have found a passion for bridal. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and being apart of that is my honour. My goal is to be the easy and fun part of your day by providing great hair, and maybe some laughs.
Whether it be a classic bun, glam waves, or boho styled up style, through trial and consultation I will provide you long lasting hair for your special day.
Previously stated, 12 years behind the chair, my work has been featured in Moevir Paris Magazine in July 2022. I have also been a hairstylist for the YEG Bridal Show in 2020. My journey with Blush started in November 2023 shortly after I got engaged. I am blessed to be apart of such a talented team of strong women.
I am known for my sense of humour. My husband would describe as David Rose, with a touch of Alexis from the television series “Schitt’s Creek”. I am a big podcast buff. I love listening to Smosh Reddit Stories, and the occasional True Crime. Also I am fur momma to a chihuahua named Lenny, and two cats Jeff, and Loki. Outside of hair and beauty, I am very passionate about fitness, and the health/wellness space.
